Throughout your time at uni, we know how important it is to find a community to support you in your walk with God. As a student ministry, we love to meet with God together, support and pray for each other, and reach out and serve others in our city. We are a fusion church involved with Synergy. We like to go on summer mission trips, have an annual weekend away, and facilitate Alpha courses throughout the year. We meet together weekly in LifeGroups, discipleship, and H.E.M.P.

LifeGroups: These are at the core of the student ministry.  They are our small groups that meet weekly, patterned after the model in Acts 2:42-47. LifeGroups provide a community to help walk out your faith.  A typical LifeGroup involves worship, discussion, and prayer, with plenty of hang-out time to get to know one another.  We aim to learn from one another, encourage and minister to each other in the context of community.

We have two LifeGroups that meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm: one group at the church and one in Crookes. Contact Steve for more information. (details below)

Discipleship: As a student ministry we also deeply value discipleship, walking out our faith one-to-one or in small groups.  Discipleship is a place to feel safe, known and loved. It also the means by which we hold each other accountable to the high calling on our lives, and where we challenge each other to be increasingly conformed to the image of Christ.

H.E.M.P: Horrendously Early Morning Prayer. Every Monday morning at 7am the students get together for prayer and a cuppa. As we sow in prayer, we are believing and preparing to see revival break out on the University campuses and across Sheffield.
